We want you to be 100% satisfied with Nutriivedahealth products. If for any reason you're not happy with our products, send us an email within 30 days of purchase and we'll respond with our product return address. Once we receive your unused/unopened product - along with any free gift(s) you received - we will promptly credit the purchase price to your PayPal or credit card account. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was received damaged or was incorrect.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your order. (processing time does not include weekends). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. DAY 3 / 4 / 5 - Service Provider sends Reverse Alert with Certificate / Notice of Posting numbers - Notification of Reverse Alert with Certificate / Notice of Posting numbers DAY 5 / 6 / 7 - Destination: Australia, US and Europe - Parcels is sent out via Malaysia DAY 7/ 8 / 9 - Arrives at destination Country and is processed for Customs Clearance DAY 9 / Onwards - Subject to Customs Clearance - Local delivery by local postal mail services
